We often purchase large coils weighing between 11~12 tons from these factories driectly. In this way, we receive the highest quality stainless steel. These mills have stringent quality control processes and provide MTC for every batch, confirming that the material meets international standards like EN, JIS, AISI, ASTM, GB, DIN. How CCY Packages Your Stainless Steel Sheets

1. Large Sheets (e.g., 1000×2000)
Wooden frames hold sheets under 2 tons each. Each frame uses 2-3 base beams and 4-5 top beams.

2. Medium Sheets (e.g., 600×600)
Stacks under 50cm tall on frames with 2 base beams and 2-3 top beams.

3. Small/Narrow Sheets (e.g., 200×600)
3 stacks per frame (each under 50cm tall), secured with 2 base and 2-3 top beams.

4. Extra-Thin Sheets
500 sheets per stack, packed to prevent bending during transport.

5. Our packaging materials include PVC film, waterproof paper, tape, steel straps. All wooden racks are export-grade, heat-treated.

6. For break bulk shipments, we use 15mm thick wooden crates to secure the load. Because of the limit on LCL shipment, please note that the quantity of each skid is recommended to be under 1.5 tons. Otherwise, it will cause extra loading costs.

2. How long is the delivery time?

For steel sheet product, if we have the material you need in stock, you can expect delivery in 7 to 15 days.
For orders with specific steel mill materials that require special sourcing, here's the timeline:
1. Regular steel types, standard thickness and size (1220/1500mm) like 304 0.4mm: 10 to 20 days.
2. Regular steel types, special thickness and size (1000/1250mm SLIT) like 304 1.9mm: 55 to 75 days.
3. Special steel types like 316L, which is less common, may take longer due to production schedules.
Please note that exact delivery times depend on material specs, processing, and order quantity. If you have a specific project, feel free to CONTACT US for a precise timeline.
3. What are CCY's payment terms?

We mainly use T/T for payments. We also accept LC for transactions. If you need special payment terms, we'll need some details from you before we make a deal.
4. Can CCY provide quality documents?

For every product, we have the original quality certificates from the steel mill. If you need, we can also provide our own quality certificates for the products leaving our factory. For special processing projects, we can supply MSDS and TDS documents from our suppliers if needed.
5. Do CCY provide samples for free?

Yes! We do send free samples if we have your exact type in stock. Just need some basic info about your company (we'll send you a quick form). For rare/hard-to-find samples, we'll first check if they're available in market. Then, we can make a small trial order for you. Either way, we'll help get the samples you need! Feel free to ask!
6. Where CCY Ships Your Stainless Steel Sheets?

1. Primary Shipping Ports
CCY mainly ships from Nansha Port for full-container orders, offering low costs and fast schedules. For urgent orders, Jiujiang or Shunde Ports are options with quicker sailings but higher trucking costs. CCY also accommodates customer-specified ports with additional trucking fees.

2. Shipping Method Options
Customers can choose FOB (customer-arranged shipping) or CIF (CCY handles sea freight). LCL orders are first sent to the Rongqi agent’s site and then shipped via barge to Shenzhen Port. This setup balances flexibility and efficiency.

3. Costs and Flexibility
CCY offers flexible port and shipping options, though additional fees may apply for non-primary ports. Barge transportation for LCL orders may also incur extra costs. Overall, CCY meets customer needs while focusing on cost control.
